In order to create an education environment that sets our students up for success, students are required to bring a base level of technology to class, which includes a sufficient laptop. This base level of technology accomplishes several key objectives:
- Gives students the technology needed to complete assignments/projects.
- Frees faculty to make assignments best suited to learning course materials without being limited by students’ potential inability to access appropriate technology.
Student Assistance & Resources
Financial Aid
If students wish to purchase a laptop, the expense of the laptop could be added to their cost of attendance. Students must complete the Special Circumstance Cost of Attendance Appeal Form to be considered for additional funding.
Students will be offered any remaining Federal Stafford Loan eligibility that they may have or be referred to a private education loan or PLUS Loan for Undergraduate or Graduate students to cover the cost of the laptop.
Please contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions.
