Literature Concentration
This concentration provides an opportunity for intensive analysis of literary texts, involving close reading, advanced critical and theoretical approaches, as well as comparative and interdisciplinary inquiry.
Our 100% online Master’s in English program (which may be completed 100% online or through a combination of online and hybrid/in-person seminars) is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a rich learning experience through a comprehensive curriculum of 36 credits.
Students can choose between two concentrations: literature or creative writing.
This concentration provides an opportunity for intensive analysis of literary texts, involving close reading, advanced critical and theoretical approaches, as well as comparative and interdisciplinary inquiry.
This concentration is for poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction writers. The program allows you to hone your craft while reading intensively in dialogue with critical scholars and other creative writers.
