Ready to make it official? Once you’ve been accepted, submit your tuition and housing deposits to confirm your enrollment. This will allow you to set up your email, register for classes, and more.

What is the deadline to deposit?

Deposits are fully refundable until May 1 for fall admits and November 1 for spring admits.

It’s time to set up the Brockport IDs that you will use for the next four years!

• Banner ID: Also known as your Student ID or your 800-number. This 9-digit number, beginning with 800, will be given to you by Undergraduate Admissions and can be found in your Brockport Admissions Portal.
  
  
• NetID: This will be your primary username at Brockport. It’s used as your login to Web Banner (our student records database), your Brockport email, campus WiFi, and more.
  
  • It is the first letter of your first name, followed by the first 4 letters of your last name, followed by a number.
  • Your NetID will be generated within 72 hours of your admission to Brockport and will be emailed to the email address on your application.
  • To activate/start using your account, navigate to the NetID Lookup and Password Change System and set your password by using the first option (“I don’t know my current password”).
    
    
• Brockport Email: Your university email address is your NetID followed by @brockport.edu. Start checking this regularly! All official communication will be sent to this account, including your student tuition bill and course schedule updates.

Apply for Financial Aid through the FAFSA, if you haven’t already. Access Web Banner to accept any “offered” financial aid funding, including your financial aid package.

Golden Eagle Orientation is required for all incoming first-year students. Choose from one of six overnight sessions in July. You’ll learn about how to take flight as a Golden Eagle, meet your future best friends, explore campus, and more. Reserve your spot early… sessions fill fast!

This is how you will start registering for classes! Complete this form, found in your Brockport Admissions Portal, as soon as possible so that your advisor can start making your Fall course schedule.

Access Your First-Year Advisement Form

The Housing Portal opens in the Spring. Fill out your preferences, including who you’d like to room with (if you have a roommate in mind).

Forms filled out by July 1 will give you the best consideration of your preferences, especially if you’re interested in a single room!

High School Transcript

Please submit this as soon as possible after your final grades are posted. Transcripts can be submitted to: Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 350 New Campus Drive, Brockport, NY 14420.

AP, IB, and/or College Credit Courses

Request your official AP, IB and/or college transcripts be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 350 New Campus Drive, Brockport, NY 14420.

Immunizations

All students are required to submit immunization records. Obtain a copy of your immunization records from your health care provider, high school, or a previous college. Submit to Hazen Health Center.

In order to prevent you from being removed from the course roster, you will need to affirm your enrollment through Web Banner.

Students are expected to have a laptop, which allows flexibility and convenience to work on academic assignments anytime, anywhere.

Start thinking about what you’ll bring to campus! Residential Life provides a helpful list of all the essentials for residence hall living.

Beginning in the summer months, you will have access to upload your ID card photo. The deadline to submit your photo is August 6. Students will receive their ID card by mail.
