Earn your bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology.

Save time and money with our accelerated biology program. Our accelerated program is designed for current undergraduate biology majors with intent to matriculate into our master’s program. Students can take up to 12 graduate credits of coursework in biology in their last two undergraduate semesters  all at the undergraduate tuition rate.

When undergraduate students in good academic standing in this program graduate from Brockport, they are eligible to automatically matriculate into our Master of Science in Biology program.

Program eligibility

Qualified students interested in applying should speak with their undergraduate faculty advisor or the department chair before applying. 

  • Current Brockport undergraduate student
  • 54 or more credit hours earned
  • 3.25 minimum GPA through the end of the first semester of your junior year

Application materials

  • Please include contact information for two faculty in Brockport’s Department of Biology.
  • Statement of objectives
  • Writing sample: At least three pages illustrating scientific writing skills
  • Résumé
  • Course in statistics
