Drake Memorial Library has multiple rooms available for groups to use. Reservations are required for the rooms listed below, while the smaller study rooms on the top floor are all available to use without a reservation.

Login to Reserve a Room

Directions for using EMS:

  1. Login to EMS by clicking “Welcome, Guest” and then the “Sign In” dropdown in the upper-right corner. 
  2. Click on create a reservation in the upper-left
  3. Then “book now” on the right.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions for Steps 1 - 3. Click “Next Step” on Step 2.

Note: While the EMS system will send you an email stating “confirmed”, in some cases your request may be superseded by library personnel. For more information, please see: Room Policies.

The Kiefer Room’s (room 42) primary purpose is Library Instruction, and is reserved by library staff only during the first 8 weeks of the fall and spring semesters. Rooms 30 and 53, computer labs located on the ground floor, are designated as Cybersecurity labs and are reserved only for the Cybersecurity Department.
