Details of the Personal Training Program

Each client must have a SERC membership. Potential clients must fill out a Client Information Packet, which may be obtained online or at the Membership Services desk located in the SERC. Clients must pay for all sessions before the process begins. The personal training supervisor will notify the potential client upon receipt of the information packet. The assigned trainer will then contact the client to set up an appointment. The trainer will meet the client for the first session at the Membership Services desk.

Note: Our Personal Trainers are not certified nutritionists and cannot establish dietary regiments for clients.

Client Cancellation Policy

Failure to notify Membership Services at 395-5051 at least six hours prior to the appointment will result in the client being charged for the appointment.
