On-Campus Housing is available for Graduate Students.

Process:

  1. Graduate Students who are admitted to a Graduate program at SUNY Brockport, must email housing@brockport.edu, to request a housing waiver. In the email, please include your Student ID Number (800xxxxxx)
  2. Once the waiver is entered into Banner, the Graduate Student will have access to the Graduate Housing Preference Form, located in the Online Housing Portal (see below).
  3. Graduate Students will be notified (at their Brockport email address), regarding their housing assignment.
  4. Residential Life will make all efforts to assign graduate students to the Student Townhomes first, with other graduate students. However, based on space availability, graduate students may be assigned to other on-campus housing locations.

Meal Plans

Graduate Students residing in the Student Townhomes are not required to have an on-campus meal plan. There are options specifically designed for Student Townhomes residents, if interested. However, if Graduate Students are assigned elsewhere on-campus, they are required to choose a meal plan through BASC.
