Complete your housing application & student bio form
Answer questions about your interests, living habits, and room preferences. The answers you provide in your student bio will allow you to search for a roommate or suitemates who you are most compatible with.
Please note: Make sure your student bio profile is marked public in order to match with a roommate or suitemate group.
Once you submit your application and student bio, it may take up to 1 business days for Residential Life to approve your application and bio. Once your application and bio are approved, you will not be able to make any edits BUT you will then be able to go search for roommates. Updates regarding application status will be sent to your Brockport email address.

First-Year Living Learning Communities (LLC)
Brockport’s Living Learning Communities, known as LLCs, are residential communities designed to provide you a cohort living experience with peers that share similar academic, career goals, and interests. Students in an LLC, demonstrate a commitment to academic success, intellectual curiosity, civic engagement, and lifelong learning.
In an LLC, you will meet fellow residents with similar majors and interests, connect with faculty and staff right in your residence hall, and enjoy experiences designed especially for you. There’s no better way to learn something than to really live it!
Each community is facilitated by Residential Life/Learning Communities staff and Faculty/Staff Content Experts. The Content Experts interact informally on a regular basis and create unique and useful programs within the residence halls. They provide networking, information sessions, help students develop and to get to know students on multiple levels.
