If approved to move off-campus, the Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities encourages students to meet with financial aid representatives to see how living off-campus could potentially impact any financial aid/scholarships that are awarded.

Scholarship Students
Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Fall 2025 and Spring 2026: Scholarship students (Empire, Recognition, Residential, Green, Gold and Prometheus) are eligible to reside in the Student Townhomes. However, students will not qualify for their full award and will only receive a $1,000 credit ($500 per semester) against their room charge and will be financially responsible for the balance. THERE WILL BE NO SCHOLARSHIP REDUCTION FOR EAGLE HALL
The New York State Excelsior Scholarship (or any private scholarship) are not impacted by a student’s housing choice.
