Beginning in the summer months, you will have access to upload your ID card photo. This is strongly suggested. The deadline to submit your photo and have it mailed to your home address is August 11. 

If you do not yet have your ID card by your move-in date, continue to proceed via the above move-in instructions. Once you arrive at your residence hall, your RA/RD will instruct you as to how to get your ID card.

Although we will assist you with unloading your vehicle and bringing your belongings to your room, we strongly encourage you to pack light.

We recommend:

• Mailing larger items to the campus mail room ahead of time (beginning August 8)
• Waiting to purchase certain items until you get here to give you a better sense of the room layout and available space. Shopping options in town:
  • Wal-mart
  • Five Below
  • Wegmans
  • TJMaxx
• Using bins/packing cubes when packing to help you condense

Please refer to your housing assignment email or the above list to identify which day you’ve been assigned to move in. Residents moving in outside of their assigned date may experience longer wait times or, if attempting to move-in early/late, may not be able to receive move-in assistance.
