Within the last year, Dr. Chase has also published two exhibition reviews in Afterimage: The Journal Of Media Arts and Cultural Criticism and a full-length article on costume and African American superheroes in the anthology After Midnight: Watchmen after Watchmen.

Dr. Alisia Grace Chase’s analysis of the new sculpture atop the Appellate Court in Manhattan, “Sculpting Autonomy: The New Idol Demands Sacrifice,” was this week’s lead feature in the new, international Sex Realist Feminism journal, Fairer Disputations.
