Educational Leadership

Description

The purpose of the fully online EdD program in Educational Leadership is to allow students to develop critical leadership skills and acquire the knowledge required to implement systemic change across a wide range of educational organizations and settings. Graduates are prepared to lead in traditional academic environments, including PK-12 institutions and two and four-year higher education institutions, as well as corporate and nonprofit organizations where educational initiatives such as professional development, workforce training, and organizational learning are central to mission and growth. Graduates will be ready to address cross-functional challenges, identify and implement growth opportunities, and foster effective learning environments based on data-driven processes, regardless of the sector in which they serve.
