Our office oversees the allocation and utilization of university funds including budgeting, procurement, billing, and accounting.

Led by the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Management, the Finance & Management unit is comprised of the following departments: Budgeting, Campus Services (Central Receiving, Central Stores, Facilities Procurement, Printing and Mail Services, and Procurement & Payment Services), The Office of Student Accounts and Accounting, and Scholarship, Research and Sponsored Programs.

The Finance & Management Team stives to embody the ideals set forth in the University’s Strategic Plan by providing outstanding service to our internal and external campus partners. Rooted in our individual areas of expertise, our hallmark is fiscal integrity and compliance with all policies and guidelines set forth by SUNY Brockport and all relevant governing bodies.
