What is a Peer Mentor?

Peer Mentors (PMs) are representatives of SUNY Brockport who collaborate with the Academic Success Coordinator to support new students with their transition to the University. PMs play a vital role in mentoring incoming students through their partnership with the Academic Planning Seminar (APS), Welcome Week, and additional programs throughout the semester.
