In order to be eligible to join CSTEP, a student must fulfill all of the requirements below. Students must be:
- A New York state resident who is conomically disadvantaged (as determined by State Guidelines and the Financial Aid Office).
- In good academic standing with the University, maintaining a GPA of 2.25 or higher.
- A full time student (taking 12 or more credits a semester).
Interested in a career in mathematics, technology, science, the health professions, or a program that leads to state licensure. Examples include:
- Education
- Social Work
- Law
- Medical Field
- Accounting
