First-year students
- Must be a NYS resident (12 months before enrollment).
- Earned a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrate potential for success through recommendation letters, essays, etc.
- Meet EOP academic and economic guidelines.

EOP is committed to enhancing student success through legislative and institutional funds to meet the cost of direct financial aid, supplemental instruction, and counseling. Student success through academic and curricular activities will always be EOP’s priority.
