Dining Services gathered feedback from a variety of campus constituents this semester. Here’s just some of what we’ve heard and what’s being implemented:
Faculty & staff asked for a discount in the dining hall.
For a limited time only, faculty and staff can enjoy any meal at the dining halls on Wednesdays during the fall semester for only $9.99 (including tax) as part of Staff Saver Wednesday.
Students wanted soft serve in the dining hall.
We’re happy to report that customers can now enjoy daily Yolato Fro-Yo at Brockway Dining Hall Express!
Students asked for made-to-order omelets.
We’ve got them! They’re offered weekdays during breakfast at Harrison Dining Hall.
Students asked for Butter Chicken.
Butter Chicken has been added to Harrison Dining Hall’s menu rotation.
Students asked for cooked-to-order grill items at Harrison Dining Hall.
Hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken are now being cooked to order at lunch.
Students asked for non-pork breakfast protein at Harrison Dining Hall.
Harrison offers a non-pork breakfast protein daily.
Customers asked for more toppings at Bport Bowls at The Square.
Options are being expanded to include rotating specialty items and more protein and cheese options in addition to lots of fruit and veggie choices.
Students asked for another rice option at Fiesta at The Square.
Fiesta now offers yellow rice in addition to the cilantro lime rice.
