Breakthrough’s Managing Partner, Steve Hanmer has 25 years of progressive experience in government, higher education, non-profit and private sectors. As a Managing Partner at Breakthrough Leadership Consulting, Mr. Hanmer specializes in business process redesign, program evaluation, budget forecasting, grant/contract management, integrated data management, and data system design to support all levels of decision-making. Mr. Hanmer has demonstrated the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, working to shape the future of organizations and communities. Mr. Hanmer learns quickly, adapts to different environments, and develops creative solutions that are appropriate and actionable. Steve earned his Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences from Syracuse University and has a Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School. Steve is also a certified Change Management Professional.
