Mitchell Khothsymuong, MPA, MSBA is a U.S. Air Force veteran and Database Administrator at Rochester RHIO (Regional Health Information Organization), where he supports healthcare data systems and cloud infrastructure. A two-time graduate of SUNY Brockport and the University of Rochester, Mitchell brings a strong foundation in public administration and technical leadership. His passion lies in building data-driven systems that improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency. As a member of the Executive Advisory Board, he is honored to give back to the MPA program that helped shape his professional path.
