Bio
Barbara is a CFA charter holder and Leveraged Finance Capital Markets professional at Morgan Stanley in New York, focusing on Technology, Financial Institutions, Infrastructure, and Consumer Retail verticals. In this role, she pitches, structures, and executes leveraged finance transactions including high yield bonds, leveraged loans, and private credit to fund M&A, LBOs, and recapitalizations, and has led the marketing process for over $10B in landmark financing transactions. Prior to her current role, Barbara spent five years in Fixed Income Credit Research at Morgan Stanley, where her team was ranked in the Top 3 in Institutional Investor rankings and recognized by the Women’s Bond Club as a Rising Star in 2023.
