Bio

Victoria joined the BCDC family in 2007 as a substitute. She is currently the Assistant Director and Human Resources. She has a MS in Childhood Education (Literacy) from SUNY Brockport and a BS in Special Education from Niagara University. Victoria enjoys reading and camping with family.
