Bio
Gopinadh Bhupathi is an instructor in Cybersecurity and Networking at SUNY Brockport. He holds a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security from the University at Albany and brings extensive industry experience spanning security operations, network administration, and threat detection. He has held roles as a Network Administrator at Trustco Bank, Network Engineer at Massive Mesh Networks, and Security Analyst at Aircom Solutions, where he worked with tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and pfSense. His expertise encompasses incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS. He holds CompTIA Security+ and Cisco CCNA certifications.
