- Registry of Student Charges/Fees
- Campuses are required to submit a full registry of all student charges/fees governed by the policy at the end of fiscal year 2018/19 and then every other year thereafter.
- SUNY Budget Office will be providing a template to campuses. This information will be used to – Ensure all student charges are appropriately approved. – Maintain a central repository of all student charges that will be made available to the public.
- Failure to provide this information will disqualify the campus from requesting any fee submissions (new or revised) in future academic years until such information is provided.
