Summer 2020 Course Fee Request

Dr. Daniel stated due to scheduling conflicts, the first available date that Dean Hernandez, Dr.
Daniel and Dr. Houston-Wilson could meet was in January. Dr. Daniel stated she briefly discussed the request with Dean Hernandez and would be meeting with Dr. James to discuss this fee request and the committee’s concerns. Dr. Houston-Wilson stated she had a previously planned meeting with Dean Hernandez at noon today and would discuss the request with him. We need to have a committee decision by early January, as the request needs to be approved by SUNY and give us time to adjust fee tables in Banner.

Items from the Committee

Our next meeting will be discussing the 2020 Call Letter.

The December 6, 2019 meeting will entail reviewing the results from the feedback form and
determining if any proposals will be needed in the spring to adjust our assessment structure. As well as finalizing the 2020 Call Letter.

Next Meeting: Friday, November 22, 2019, 8:30-9:30 AM, 185 Seymour
