The focus of the series is the research and ethics behind true crime storytelling and having fun. Michael Benson – True Crime Author Thursday, November 2 at 4 pm
Join us as Michael Benson discusses the difficult task of writing true crime. His books feature the local western New York area, including an investigation into the murder of his own childhood babysitter. Drake Memorial Library, Kiefer Room.
Flash Fiction & Hot Tea Monday, November 6 from 6 – 8pm
Join the English Club at Drake for hot tea and flash fiction. Using prompts the participants will write their own flash fiction. This event is being held both in-person and online. Drake Memorial Library, main floor.

Join the Drake staff as we attempt to unravel the mystery of who stole the treasured book. Immerse yourself in the mystery as you solve clues provided by character actors. All participants receive a rubber duckie. Drake Memorial Library, main floor.
