Committee Charge
About the Committee
This sub-committee to the Joint Planning and Budget Committee (JPBC) is to be co-chaired by the Assistant Vice President of Finance and Management and the Brockport University Senate President Elect. It consists of appropriate staff members and student representation. The primary function of the committee will be to annually review Broad-Based Fee requests and to recommend changes in fee levels and fee policy to the JPBC.
Mission & Goals
Every two years, the committee will be charged with providing the JPBC a report on:
- Evaluating current campus fee assessment, waiver, and exemption guidelines;
- Recommending appropriate fee assessment, waiver, and exemption guidelines for online courses and programs; and
- Reviewing and recommending revisions to the Campus Policy on the Assessment of Campus-Based Fees.
