First-Year EOP Students

Log on to SUNY Brockport’s Admissions Application Portal with your SUNY Brockport ID number and password, printed on your enclosed admission letter, to “Accept” or “Decline Our Offer.”

You must submit your acceptance of our offer in the admissions portal by May 1. To secure your place in our incoming class, click on “EOP Accept or Decline.”

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot for the Fall semester. Contact the EOP Office if you have questions about the deposit.

Deposits are fully refundable until May 1 for Fall admissions.

It’s time to set up the Brockport IDs you will use for the next four years!

Banner ID

This will be your student identification number. This 9-digit number, beginning with 800, will be given to you by Undergraduate Admissions and can be found in your Brockport Admissions Portal.

NetID

This will be your primary username at Brockport. The NetID is used to log in to the Brockportal (our student records database), your Brockport email, campus WiFi, and more.

It is the first letter of your first name, followed by the first four letters of your last name, and a set of numbers.

Your NetID will be generated within 72 hours of your admission to Brockport and emailed to your application’s email address.

To activate your account, navigate to the NetID Lookup and Password Change System and set your password using the first option (“I don’t know my current password”).

Brockport Email

Your university email address is your NetID, followed by @brockport.edu. Start checking this regularly! All official communication will be sent to this account, including your student tuition bill and course schedule updates.

1. Register for Golden Eagle Orientation
2. Complete the First-Year Advisement Form
   1. This is how you’ll register for your classes. Complete this form, found within your Brockport Admissions Portal, as soon as possible so that your advisor can start making your Fall course schedule.
3. Complete your Housing Preference Request
   1. The Housing Portal opens in the Spring. Fill out your preferences , including who you’d like to room with (if you have a roommate in mind). Forms filled out by July 1 will give you the best consideration of your preferences.
4. Submit required documents:
   1. High School Transcript: Request your high school to send your official final transcript, official AP, IB, or college transcripts to the SUNY Brockport Admissions Office address at The Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 350 New Campus Drive, Brockport, NY 14420.
   2. Health & Immunization Records: All students are required to submit immunization records. Obtain a copy of your records from your health care provider, high school, or previous college. Submit these records to the Hazen Health Center for Integrated Care at SUNY Brockport.
   3. Campus ID Photo: Students will receive an email with instructions on uploading a headshot photo. During the Summer Academy program move-in, students will receive their Campus ID.

Note: You are not required to pay tuition, housing deposits, or the Orientation Fee.
