Note: If you (or someone you are working with) have not already completed Van Driver Training, this process takes at least six weeks. 

Once you have submitted your LENS and completed Van Driver Training, submit a Vehicle Request Form. Then, follow day-of instructions on the Vehicle Rental Procedures webpage. 

Students can be reimbursed for eligible travel expenses by submitting a Student Travel Award Disbursement Form. Information about eligibility can be found on the Scholarship, Research & Sponsored Programs webpage.

CampusROC offers uber vouchers for students who need transportation to interviews or other career-related events. Find more information or request a voucher on the CampusROC website. 

Note: Most requests for parking permits must be made at least three weeks in advance. 

Consult the Parking and Transportation Services webpage for information about various types of guest groups, and which parking accommodations you need. Then, submit an Event and Guest Parking Request Form. 

All catering requests must first go through BASC. Whether requesting a pickup order from Garnishes or requesting food from an approved outside food service, the first step is to complete the Catering Request Form. 

Requests for pickup orders must be submitted one week in advance and food waiver requests to use an approved off campus food service provider must be submitted two weeks in advance. 

For food waiver requests, upon exercising its first right of refusal, BASC will provide the requesting party with a list of approved vendors along with the Food Waiver Application. 

All printing goes through Brockport Printing Services.

All campus agreements are managed out of the Procurement Office. Please reference the Procurement and Payment Services webpage, and contact the Assistant Director Procurement and Payment Services (Pamela Powell) for more information. 

On-campus guests and contractors often require certificates of insurance to prove liability coverage in case of accident or incident. Please contact procurement@brockport.edu to discuss what proof of insurance might be required for collaborators not employed by SUNY Brockport.

Many commonly requested software titles are available to install via self-service (on faculty/staff devices only). All classroom and lab installations will be handled by IT.  All software requests, including requests for free software must follow the Purchasing Software process, which includes a review of the agreement by Procurement and Payment Services.
